Hey Gary!! How's it going? We are both doing okay. I received your email when we had the tornadoes nearby but never heard back.
We just survived the worst ice storm in history here. The city looks like a tornado twisted the tops out of every tree. We have a humongous pile of limbs and
brush and tree trunks on our curb just waiting for the city to pick it up. We were fortunate that only our storage building was pelted with big limbs. The
house survived. But the fun thing..........We were without electricity for 5 days, 2 hours and 5 minutes. Not that we were counting. Was miserable trying to
keep two lizards warm, parrots from chilling and remember to take a flashlight everywhere you went. All our animals survived and except for still working on
cleanup and waiting for the insurance adjuster we did relatively well. You sure find out how spoiled you are.
Anyway lots of changes in the last year, but we made it through. Hope this finds you doing well. We would like to hear from you when you can. Jeanie and Kandace |

Hello Jeanie & Kandace...
Oh man, it's GREAT to hear from ya'll again. Seems like it's been forever since we last spoke. So glad that you're both doing well. Wow.. that ice storm sounds really scary! So happy to hear that ya'll made it through okay, with your animals. Seriously, I don't know how I'd be able to survive for that many days without electricity. By the second day, I'd be having serious "Computer Withdrawls" Please keep in touch, and E-mail me sometime soon so that we can catch-up, okay? Thanks. Gary |
